Buyers are always responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are only refundable under the 1-day DOA warranty. To qualify for the DOA warranty, you must contact us within the 1-day timeframe for the DOA warranty to be valid (from the delivery date and time). When you return an item, you must agree with the notification sent from eBay to you stating that you are returning the item (this is how eBay refunds the commission collected on the sale, which we in turn pass back to you).
