International customers, Please ask for shipping handling charges for standard USPS airmail. USPS airmail is not trackable. We only provide you the custom label #, and USPS receipt for proof. Please allow 30 days for package to arrive. We are not responsible for lost of your item.

Only USPS global express mail service will provide a tracking number for the package and it cost a lot. Ask for charges

For faster shipping or any shipping requests, please make a note of it during paypal payment. Second day and overnight are only available inside United States with additional cost.



Miscalculated shipping payments will delay shipping.

Customer who wants to pick up item at local store will pay $5 handling fee for each small item.

RETURN POLICY

ALL RETURNSMAY BE SUBJECT OF 20% RESTOCKING FEE. SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING COST.

Item must be returned within 3 days for exchange only of exact same kind if defective. If exchange is not available we will issue a refund minus S/H and other charges.

If you are the winning bidder, you are legally binding yourself to this transaction. No bids shall be retracted, no transactions will be voided. We held no responsibility for any incompatibility. Purchases include a 3-day return policy. For the return policy to be valid, you must return the item to Maksent within 3 calendar days after you receive the item. Returns after 3 calendar days are not permitted. Before returning an item, please contact Maksent for an RMA (return merchandise authorization). Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you leave false, defamatory, or any other type of feedback that misrepresents the transaction, you automatically void the return policy. Returned items must be received exactly as they were sent out. Altered items are subject to a reduced refund at the discretion of Maksent (e.g. breaking factory seals, swapping similar merchandise for original, damaged parts, etc.). Buyers are always responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are only refundable under the 1-day DOA warranty. To qualify for the DOA warranty, you must contact us within the 1-day timeframe for the DOA warranty to be valid (from the delivery date and time). When you return an item, you must agree with the notification sent from eBay to you stating that you are returning the item (this is how eBay refunds the commission collected on the sale, which we in turn pass back to you). Return fraud and false chargeback?s are always reported to eBay and law enforcement. If you have, a concern with your purchase be sure to contact Maksent via eBay as soon as possible.
