Purchases include a 7-day return policy. For the return policy to be valid, you must return the item to Maksent within 7 calendar days after you receive the item. Returns after 7 calendar days are not permitted. Before returning an item, please contact Maksent for an RMA (return merchandise authorization). Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Altered items are subject to a reduced refund at the discretion of Maksent (e.g. breaking factory seals, swapping similar merchandise for original, damaged parts, etc.). Buyers are always responsible for return shipping costs. Return fraud and false chargeback’s are always reported to law enforcement. If you have, a concern with your purchase be sure to contact Maksent as soon as possible. We will do everything possible to address and resolve your concerns
